Documents Required for Nagaland State Lottery Prize Claim
To claim your lottery prize, you must submit the following documents:
1. Original Winning Lottery Ticket
The ticket must be original, undamaged, and intact
Torn, burned, or altered tickets are not accepted
The winner’s signature must be written on the back of the ticket
 2. Lottery Claim Form
Must be filled using the official claim format
All details should be correct and clearly written
Signature of the claimant is mandatory
3. Government-Approved Photo ID Proof (Any One)
Aadhaar Card
Voter ID Card
Passport
Driving License
PAN Card
 4. Passport-Size Photographs
Usually two recent passport-size photos
Photos must be clear and identifiable
 5. Bank Account Details
(Required especially for higher prize amounts)
Bank account number
IFSC code
Cancelled cheque or copy of bank passbook
 6. PAN Card (Mandatory for High-Value Prizes)
Required for prizes of ₹10,000 or above
Used for income tax and verification purposes

Electricity or utility bill
Claim Process for Prizes Up to ₹10,000
Authorized lottery distributors can pay prizes up to ₹10,000 directly on behalf of the Government of Nagaland.
Claim Process for Prizes Above ₹10,000
If your winning amount exceeds ₹10,000, you must submit your claim to:
Director, Government of Nagaland, or
The Nodal Office in your respective state
 The claim must be submitted within 30 days from the draw date.
 When Will You Receive the Prize Money
Once all documents are verified and approved:
 Prize money is generally paid within 60 days through bank transfer.
